December has been an intense month for the project, as we have had several visits and events to demonstrate our commitment and activity around it. Below, they are explained the actions we have carried out within the framework of the BIOLOC project.
Firstly, we were able to visit the Valentia facilities in Huesca, where they explained to us the wide range of projects they carry out with the aim of improving the well-being of people with disabilities and their families, fighting for their insertion in the labour market.
Visit to “La Huerta”
In addition, we visited “La Huerta”, inaugurated in September, where they want to show all audiences the importance of nature, the primary sector and the work of the gardener.
Next, we travel to Aineto to visit the Borda beer factory. The entrepreneurs of this initiative decided to locate the artisan beer factory here in order to promote business in towns and contribute to establishing population in the rural environment.
The Redol project, which seeks to establish a regional circularity hub in Aragon, has held its first workshop in Zaragoza. These events will be necessary to achieve the objective of the project, together with the main stakeholders involved.
It also seeks to collaborate with projects that seek to improve the sustainability of the region, and promote the circular bioeconomy.
Finally, the first conversations between the DGA and CIRCE have taken place in order to begin to establish the next steps to develop the bioeconomy Roadmap in the region.
Efforts will be intensified at the beginning of 2025.
